Vampiro Life ("Service", "Website", "we", "us", or "our") is an interactive AI-powered storytelling and role-playing platform inspired by Vampire: The Masquerade (Vampiro: A Máscara), operated by its developer(s).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law;
• You have read, understood, and expressly consent to these Terms, including the Mature Content and AI disclaimers below.

We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create accounts or access the Service. We rely on your self-certification of age during account creation. We have no practical, reliable, or privacy-preserving method to independently verify the age of every user beyond the representations you make.

If we receive credible information or have reasonable grounds to believe that you are under 18, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and delete associated data without prior notice, without any liability to you, and without obligation to provide any refund. You are solely responsible and liable for any misrepresentation of your age or circumvention of these requirements. We are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from a minor's use of the Service where the minor (or their guardian) misrepresented age or created an account in violation of these Terms.

Parents or legal guardians who discover a minor is using the Service should contact us immediately at support@vampirolife.com to request account deletion.

2. Onboarding Consent and Affirmative Acceptance

During the account creation and onboarding process, you will be presented with prominent notices and will be required to provide affirmative consent (for example, by checking one or more boxes or clicking an "I Agree" or "I Accept" button) confirming that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age and meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms;
• You have carefully read, understood, and agree to be bound by the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (English version being the legally binding version);
• You understand that the Service contains Mature Content, including graphic violence, blood and gore, psychological horror, moral ambiguity, and other potentially disturbing or explicit themes, and you expressly consent to exposure to such content;
• You consent to your messages and gameplay data being processed by third-party artificial intelligence providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

This affirmative consent is electronically recorded and forms an integral part of your agreement to these Terms. We may require you to re-confirm your consent following material updates to these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.

3. Description of the Service and Mature Content

Vampiro Life is an AI Dungeon Master / Storyteller for dark, gothic-punk, horror-themed interactive role-playing in the Vampire: The Masquerade universe. The Service includes persistent campaign memory, resource tracking, and AI-generated narrative, dialogue, and descriptions.

Mature Content includes (but is not limited to): graphic violence, blood and gore, death, body horror, psychological trauma, moral ambiguity and depravity, power dynamics, seduction, sexual themes and situations (within fictional consensual roleplay), political intrigue, and other potentially disturbing, explicit, or triggering material consistent with the source material's mature themes.

By using the Service you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

• You are voluntarily engaging with Mature Content of your own free will;
• AI-generated responses are inherently unpredictable and may include graphic, disturbing, offensive, or triggering material;
• You may stop using the Service at any time if you find the content unsuitable;
• We are not responsible for the specific content generated by the AI or for any emotional, psychological, or other effects it may have on you.

4. Vampire: The Masquerade Disclaimer and Intellectual Property

Vampiro Life is an independent, unofficial project inspired by Vampire: The Masquerade (also known as Vampiro: A Máscara) and the World of Darkness setting.

Vampiro Life is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Paradox Interactive AB, White Wolf Entertainment AB, or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or licensors.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property related to Vampire: The Masquerade, Vampiro: A Máscara, World of Darkness, clans, disciplines, and associated lore are the exclusive property of their respective owners (Paradox Interactive AB and/or White Wolf Entertainment AB).

The use of these elements in Vampiro Life is solely for transformative, creative, and entertainment purposes as an independent fan-inspired experience. We do not claim any ownership, rights, or affiliation with the original intellectual property. We strongly encourage players to support the official Vampire: The Masquerade tabletop game, books, video games, and other official products from the rights holders.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are engaging with an unofficial, independent interpretation and AI-assisted role-playing experience, and not an official or licensed product of Paradox Interactive or White Wolf.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All narrative, dialogue, descriptions, character actions, and other creative elements generated during gameplay ("AI Content") are produced by third-party large language models and artificial intelligence systems.

AI Content is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not control the underlying AI models and cannot guarantee that outputs will be free from errors, hallucinations, bias, or offensive material. You assume all risk associated with interacting with and relying on AI Content.

6. User Accounts, Security, and Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are auto-renewing. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable consumer protection law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree that initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any payment through your card issuer, bank, or payment provider constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice and without any obligation to refund amounts already paid or owed. Chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from the Service. You remain fully liable for any outstanding fees, and we reserve all rights to pursue collection of amounts owed, including through third-party collection agencies, to the extent permitted by law. We may also report fraudulent or abusive chargeback behavior to relevant payment networks or credit reporting agencies.

7. User Content and License Grant

You retain ownership of any custom characters, notes, or other content you create ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, perpetual license to host, store, use, reproduce, modify (solely for safety, moderation, or technical reasons), and display your User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. We will not use your identifiable chat logs or campaign data to train or fine-tune AI models without your separate explicit opt-in consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation;
• Create, request, generate, or distribute any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors (fictional or real) — zero tolerance; violations result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or data;
• Use the Service for real-world criminal activity or to obtain illegal advice;
• Upload or transmit malware or malicious code.

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts for violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including mandatory Brazilian consumer protections under the Consumer Defense Code where they cannot be waived), in no event shall we, our developers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or emotional, psychological, or mental distress arising from your use of the Service, exposure to Mature Content, or interaction with AI Content, regardless of the legal theory.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or BRL 1.000,00 (one thousand Brazilian Reais), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vampiro Life, its developers, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected violation of these Terms, suspected underage use, chargebacks or payment disputes, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Judicial District of Maringá, State of Paraná, Brazil. You agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before filing any claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under Brazilian law that cannot be waived.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice by posting the updated version on the Service and/or emailing registered users. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
