Bugs and gameplay problems
If the Storyteller broke character, a dice pool looked wrong, Hunger or Humanity moved when it should not have, or a chronicle failed to load, tell us. The most useful reports name the campaign, roughly when it happened, and what you expected the rules to do instead. Rules-accuracy reports are worth their weight in blood — they are how the V5 engine gets tighter.
Billing and subscriptions
Questions about tiers, what a subscription unlocks, upgrades and downgrades, payment failures, refunds, or cancelling — send them here. Include the email address on the account so we can find it. You can review current tiers and limits on the pricing page before you write; a lot of questions are answered there.
Account and access
Locked out, a password reset that never arrived, a login that stopped working, or an account you want deleted — this is the address for it. For deletions you can also use the in-app account tools, which are immediate and do not need to wait on us.
Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, write to us and say so plainly. We will respond within the timeframes required by LGPD (generally 15 days, extendable once). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. The Privacy Policy sets out in full what is collected and why.
Feedback, ideas, and press
Feature requests, criticism, notes on tone or atmosphere, coverage requests, and anything else — all welcome at the same address. Vampiro Life is shaped by the people who play it, and development happens in public: the blog carries build-in-public updates if you want to see what is being worked on right now.
